What is Certified Pre-Owned (CPO)?

CPO devices are Certified Previously Owned devices.

As a licensed provider under the Second-Hand Goods Act, we sell only CPO devices that have successfully passed through our rigorous diagnostic and grading process.

 

What can I expect from a Rebox Tech device?

Each Rebox Tech device is run through our IMEI tracking and fraud protection database to ensure it is not stolen or blacklisted.

Our team of specialist technicians perform a full and complete data wipe on all devices, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements.

Additionally, we run a complete diagnostic check on all devices and replace any components that are not functioning optimally to ensure you get a nearly new device at an affordable price.

 

What does my CPO come with?

All our devices are updated with the latest software and are re-boxed to include a new charging plug, cable and headphones.

 

How quickly will I receive my device?

For deliveries within South Africa, your product should be with you within three working days of purchase.

Deliveries outside of South Africa will take a bit longer. Please contact us on orders@reboxtech.com for more information.

 

Can I track my delivery?

As soon as the courier collects your device from our warehouse, we will confirm the tracking number to you.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please contact us on orders@reboxtech.com for international shipping options and rates.  

 

Where is your stock sourced from?

We buy previously owned devices directly from customers via various local and international trade-in programmes.

 

What happens to devices that cannot be resold?

Any device that is not suitable for re-sale is responsibly recycled in accordance with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Environmental Standards.

 

What is the Rebox Tech 12-month warranty?

All our devices are sold with a 14-day money back guarantee and a 12-month warranty. If you have an issue with your device, please contact us on orders@reboxtech.com.

 

Do you offer contract or lay-bay?

All our products are once off payments only, but we do have a Mobicred facilty.
