Returns, refunds and exchanges
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase it is, unfortunately, not possible to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain all accessories that it was delivered with.
In order to log a return, please send an email to email@example.com and our team will get back to you to confirm the next steps. In your email, please quote your full name, sales order number, the model of device and IMEI number.
Before a return can be accepted, we require a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please submit this to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon verification of this information, it will be possible to begin the return process.
Once your return has been received in our warehouse, we will confirm its safe receipt to you. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Where you are eligible for a refund, the purchase price will be refunded to you by means of an electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your bank account. For this purpose you may be required to provide your bank account details to Rebox Tech and this EFT payment takes 7 working days to process.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
